What does a buyers agent actually do for me? - Zillow Real Estate ...

Agents?- Thank you for the list of services you provide. ?1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 would really be nice. ?Sounds like I'll have to keep looking for an agent, I wasn't getting any of that. ?It's hard to tell though what you'll get until you've spent quite a bit of time with the agent. ?PS. I noticed you are in my area. You might end up hearing from me!

Tim?- First of all I never said it was my 2-3%, but now that you mention it, I will say it. ?Let's?dispel?the myth that the buyer does not pay for this. ?The buyer pays for everything, always. ?If no realtor at all was involved, the house could be had for 6% less, which would stay in the buyer's pocket. ?The seller has to include this into their calculation for the return they are hoping for, and the outcome of that calculation is passed onto the buyer.

Second, I found the the homes and drove myself to them to meet my realtor there. ?No rides in nice cars for me.

Thirdly, how do you know I have no clue what was done? Do you know the specifics of my deals and how they fell apart? Why would you think they took care of everything? ?Shouldn't me saying they did nothing lead you to the opposite conclusion? ?Do you know the lawyers I called, surveys I examined, specialists consulted, legal records discovered and read, agencies called, and on and on? ?All the details I took care of, myself? I have every clue of what was done, and you have no clue. Please do not make statements of which you have no evidence to base your assumptions. ?

Thank you for being the example of an agent not to use.
