What massage techniques are good for your horse? | Pets All Day

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knows any massage techniques for your horse to be calm and relaxed!. I heard that you can hire someone to do that but that might be pricey and kinda a waist of money. . So can someone give me a video or type up a massage to help your horse be relaxed and happy! Thanks!
