Why buy timeshare? Many people wonder what the benefits are to taking a timeshare holiday compared to staying in a hotel for example.

Buying timeshare is actually a highly flexible holiday solution. Timeshare resorts often provide a wide array of onsite facilities that are catered specifically to holiday makers. Many hotels might make the same claim to fame, but often a hotel won?t have anywhere near as many tourist facilities. In a hotel you can not make the choice of whether to cook or whether to eat out, but in many timeshare resorts you can cook in your accommodation if you choose, in fact most timeshare accommodations come with fully equipped kitchens.

You can still eat out if you wish though, and many resorts have restaurants & snack bars on site so that you don?t need to venture far unless you choose to. A timeshare has another advantage over hotel accommodation, it is much less restrictive in the times that you come and go. If you decide to take a long excursion for the day to see the sights, you may be forced to eat out or order room service if staying in a hotel, in a timeshare you can generally choose to get something from a snack bar if you need to eat outside of the allotted meal time or even cook it yourself. Sometimes after a long day it is much easier to feed children a simple meal after a long day rather than dragging them to a restaurant.
